This is a major problem in my organization that we cant seem to get a bring off on. As business starts to pick up, our organization has been experiencing a heavier than normal aggregate of customer complaints. These complaints stem from the numerous layoffs my comp each has experienced over the last 18 months. Despite numerous layoffs the work load has remained the same. This has ca wontd almost of our employees to look for shortcuts that will enable them to get the job through with(p) faster. Unfortunately, in the field of customer service, there ar often no alternative methods available to getting the job do efficiently. I nurse decided to develop a process that will help increase the time in which customer complaints are investigated and resolved. The major stymy in my process deals with getting the suitable information from various departments. Many times in our labor the problem can derive from many different departments at heart the organization.

In the beverage production industry you can have upwards to 8 departments handling the same product on any given day. According to Anghel, Cotet, and Popa, For a single manufacturing system we usually use discrete material flow simulation to identify and obviate bottlenecks where the flow is slowed down or blocked in order to increase the productivity. I plan to use this method of design to identify the system more capable of diminishing the effect of the bottlenecks associated with the customer complaint process.
