The starting signal time I laid eyes on Vincent wagon train Gogh s icon and Anne Sexton s song of The comet-like Night , what first came to my mind was the song Vincent by mount McLean ADDIN EN .CITE Lyrics2Lyrics007Don McLean-Vincent2007May 122007http /www .lyrics007 .com /Don 20McLean 20Lyrics /Vincent 20 (Starry 20Starry 2 0Night 20Lyrics .html (Lyrics007 . In my opinion , these 3 , the verse form , the movie and the song are interconnected to each other . Actu completelyy , I palpate it amusing that their depicted objects are similar to each other . The painting is the visual the poem is the written and the song is the verbal portrait . However , the focus here is the painting and the poem barely and these two are intertwinedMy first impression on the painting was it seemed like it was done effortlessly . I imagine Van Gogh doing this painting in his leisure time and not really thinking if the painting would turn out to be impressive I think he was just severe to put into canvas what he really was feeling at that moment . The poem on the other hand gives a more solid depiction For people who do not really have the eyes to appreciate art , the poem vividly describes the painting . However , the is a little morbid because the poet is writing about death while the painting does not really give out a dark message . This tells us that although they are similar to each other , they are do not have to see both plant life history just to appreciate its beauty separatelyClosely comparing the two workings to aspireher , I see more differences than when I first looked at them both separately . The one I cited foregoing is just one example . The painting gave me a intelligent feeling . Although it depicts a town during the night , I go through it comforting and not at all scary . The poem gave me the exact opposite feeling .

I imagined that that person had lost all sense of hope but still wanted a little light at the time of his death . I think that even though he chose to end his life , he still needed to be surrounded by life when he finally left this world . too , the poem does not give the impression of waves and curves that we could very understandably see in the painting because it gives out an aura of sex segregation , pain and bitterness . Now feel solemnity and counterinsurgency when I look at the painting ADDIN EN .CITE Impact11112The sack up ImpactVincent van Gogh The Starry Nights2007May 12http /www .vangoghgal lery .com /painting /starryindex .htmlMarch 2 , 2007 (Impact It may not be a cheerful and psychedelic depiction but at least it is not solely murky .
