Embedding employability skills into our teaching is something that those of us delivering in the lifelong learning sphere of influence are now required to do. Not only is this because it is what the UK governance demands of us, but because we have a duty to our learners to equip them with fellowship and skills to enable them to achieve economic well-being one of the fivesome themes of Every Learner Matters.
