Turning Point of Antimony Industry in China

China has a history of almost 100 historic period of antimony fruit. During the 40-odd years since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China, a complete antimony industrial system composed of ore mining, dressing, smelting and touch has been established, providing a high productive capacity for the ground. Since the 1980s, in particular, the rudes super mining-dressing-smelting capacity and labor have been ontogenesisd greatly. Its antimony metal production grew from 35,100 tons in 1985 to the historical high (129,500 tons) in 1995, an increase of 3.69 times and an average growth of 13.95% per year. Since 1996, its antimony metal production declined year by year, being 82,000 tons in 1998.
