The sociocultural viewpoint is another that I agree with on the fanny that society has a large part in the outgrowth of the attitudes and behavior of each individual, which means that the environment we are in is able to have an impact on what decisions they make. Throughout our lives we produce to have the approval of those around us, in revise to raiment in, which makes me devour this viewpoint as extremely possible.
At the like time I do see the biological and behavioral/cognitive viewpoints as being important for understanding what the possible causes of substance abuse are, although I do not see them as being as big an influence as the Sociocultural and psychodynamic viewpoints. While most disorders and diseases have some resistant of biological basis, I rely that we still have many things to learn on the aspect of substance abuse. To some fulfilment the cognitive/behavioral viewpoint is possible, although I personally believe that it does not lead individuals to substance abuse issues, but or else it leads to an individual continuing to use the substance.
