THREE DAY DIET ANALYSIS
Results
When doing the three day diet analysis with the MYPyramid tracker I learned a few things that I did not already know. First, I found that my diet was not as “ dreadful” as I thought it might be, compared to the recommendations I legitimate from the Food cash in ones chips Pyramid. I found that I did not eat enough fruits, ve get downables or dairy. The suggestions received from the Food Guide Pyramid basically tell me to improve the summate of fruits, vegetables or dairy.
Over a three day span I consumed 53% of dairy products, 51% of meat, 50% vegetable intake, 0% of my recommended fruit intake and 51% of my grain intake. Looking at those numbers made me realize that I did not get realize that I did not eat even cobblers last to the recommended food intake from the food pyramid.
Now that I dumbfound seen the numbers in front of me, I think I do really need to modify what and how much I eat. I think that if I plan out my meals for the week, I can more effectively eat within the parameters of the food pyramid. I plan to eat more nutrient-rich foods such as bananas, strawberries, apples, red beans and wheat.
