In 1983 she was admitted to Moscow of Honor State University of History and muniment . She was there for 6 years and received a lambskin for Master of History and Archival Science .

While at the University she witnessed the last years of the Great Empire of the Soviet Union and its Collapse . She saw how people started to change when their lives were forcefulally changed by Perestroika . She saw how families collapsed under the strains of a new social and sparing system which imposed new financial hardship and drastic even overnight changes in societal norms . She saw how children from those families reacted to escalating break rates and how their lives changed for the worse .
