Cannabis is a plant that has always been shrouded in controversy. Should it be the governments crinkle to regulate it or should it have no regulations? later on wholly, it is just a plant; tomato plants and lettuce plants can be grown and social occasiond freely by anyone so why should it be any different. However it is the governments job to protect the bulk and provide safety, what if the governments abolishment of cannabis is for our own safety and good?
Someone who is for the abolition of cannabis would be against the recreational or medicinal use of cannabis. The laws that are in effect today would be in their party favor. A person of this perspective would believe that cannabis is a drug that can be abused and can perchance be addicting. According to a 2010 study, If the U.S. were to legalize ganja, the number of hemp users would addition. Today there are 15.2 million current marijuana users in comparison to 129 million alcohol users and 70.9 million baccy users. Though the number of marijuana users might non promptly climb to the current numbers for alcohol and tobacco, if marijuana was legalized, the increase in users would be both large and rapid with ulterior increases in addicting.
Wanting to make drug abuse bring down is a great thing, however just because something is legal does not make it easier to abuse or easier to start using.
This view is logical if you are trying to stop the use of marijuana all together. Drug use is something very valid for the government to put in money towards to try to stop. I would share these views if I wanted to stop the use of cannabis in teenagers or people that are not educated about how cannabis affects you. If psyche isnt educated on cannabis or if somebody is forced in to trying it against their will, then I would favor with the abolitionists.
