2. Symptoms cause a clinically significant distress or accessible impairment or occupational impairment.

Five or more of the following occur al some daily or for most of the waking hours over the same two week period:

        Depressed mood most of the day

        Anhedonia

        Significant weight handout or gain

        Insomnia

        Increased or decreased motor activity

         difference of interest in hobbies or joyful activities

        Fatigue or loss of energy

        Decreased concentration

        Recurrent thoughts of death or suicidal ideation (with or without a plan)
